Ringer problem is mostly caused by damaged ringer module in Nokia Asha 202. So before anything else make sure that ringer is not busted. Replace it with a new one then clean the motherboard around the connector points for moisture or rust. If by any chance ringer prints are broken I have marked Nokia Asha 202 Ringer Ways in the following diagram.
